摘要
本文基于福利经济学与可持续发展理论,通过文献总结及案例分析全面识别地铁项目社会效益指标。结合地铁项目的特点,基于以往社会效益量化模型,对地铁的社会效益进行量化分析,提出地铁项目社会效益指标计量模型。
Based on the theory of welfare economics and sustainable development,this paper identifies the social benefit indicators of urban rail transit projects through literature review and case analysis.According to the characteristics of the subway project and the previous social benefit quantitative model,this paper quantitatively analyzes the social benefits of the subway and proposes a measurement model of the social benefit index of the urban rail transit project.
