摘要
由于政府的推动及建筑工业化的转型升级,装配式建筑在我国得到了迅速发展。预制构件作为装配式建筑的基本单元,其质量好坏决定了建筑的整体质量。本文针对预制构件传统质量控制的不足,提出基于BIM的COP动态质量控制模型,并结合PDCA理论建立优化的构件质量控制流程,实现了对构件生产的全过程质量控制,通过不断的良性循环有效提高构件的质量水平和生产管理效益。
Due to the promotion of the government and the transformation and upgrading of construction industrialization,prefabricated building has been developed rapidly in our country.As the basic unit of assembly building,the quality of prefabricated components determines the overall quality of the building.Aiming at the deficiency of traditional quality control of prefabricated components,this paper puts forward a dynamic quality control model of COP based on BIM,and establishes an optimized process of component quality control based on PDCA theory,realizes the quality control of the whole process of component production,and effectively improves the quality level and production management benefit of components through a continuous virtuous circle.
