摘要
酒店经理人职业素养是反映职业经理人在履行岗位过程的特征要求,以苏州高星级酒店职业经理人为研究样本,从职业素质、职业知识、职业能力三个维度进行实证分析,对比职业经理人需求特征与绩效特征的区别,从而找出管理层次与职业素养特征的关联。
The professional quality of hotel managers is a characteristic requirement that reflects the needs of professional managers in fulfilling their positions.Taking the professional managers of high-star hotels in Suzhou as the research sample,this paper conducts an empirical analysis from the three dimensions of professional quality,professional knowledge and professional ability,and compares the difference between professional managers’demand characteristics and performance characteristics to find out the relationship between management level and professional qualities.
