摘要
在塑料模具课程教学中设计了一种全新的多元角色扮演教学模式,实现校企一体化教育,学生兼有在校生和企业工程师的角色,教师兼有在校教师、企业客户、企业技术经理的角色。实践表明:多元角色扮演教学模式充分调动了学生学习的积极性和自主性,使学生工作岗位适应能力得到了提高,受到了学生的普遍欢迎。多元角色扮演教学模式不仅适用于塑料模具设计课程,对实践类课程教学也有一定的参考价值。
In the course design of plastic mould,a new mode of multiple role playing teaching is designed to realize the integration of school and enterprise education.Students play theirroles both as college students and enterprise engineers;teachers play their roles both as school teachers and enterprise customers and enterprise technical managers.Practice shows that the multiple role playing teaching model fully mobilizes students’enthusiasm and autonomy in learning,and improves students’job adaptability,which is universally welcomed by students.This teaching mode is not only applicable to the course of plastic mould design,but also of reference value for the teaching of other practical courses.
