合肥城市轨道交通实施过程造价控制与管理系统设计

Design of Cost Control and Management System in the Implementation Process of Hefei Urban Rail Transit

合肥市轨道交通自2009年开始建设至今已有两条线路正式开通运营,在建的线路有3条线路和1号线延长线,计划共建12条线路。目前正处于建设高峰期。已经运营的线路给合肥市民的出行带来极大便利,在一定程度上缓解了城市交通拥堵的现状,在建及拟建的线路将促进行合肥市的大发展。轨道交通项目投资巨大,在建设过程中不可控因素较多,造价控制难度较大,建立一套合肥城市轨道交通工程造价数据管理分析系统迫在眉睫。综合考虑C#语言及SQL SERVER数据库管理系统的特点,分析城市轨道交通造价影响因素,设计出合肥市轨道交通项目的造价数据管理系统。该系统将实现造价数据的分类、导入、分析、预警及管理等功能,可为合肥市轨道交通项目及安徽省其他城市的轨道交通项目的建设提供决策依据。

Since the construction of Hefei Rail Transit began in 2009,two lines have been officially opened and operated.There are three lines and one extension line under construction.A total of 12 lines are planned.At present,it is in the peak period of construction.The existing routes have brought great convenience to Hefei citizens′travel,and to some extent alleviated the current situation of urban traffic congestion.The routes under construction and proposed will promote the great development of Hefei City.Rail transit project investment is huge,there are many uncontrollable factors in the construction process,and the cost control is difficult.It is urgent to establish a data management and analysis system for Hefei urban rail transit project cost.Considering the characteristics of C#language and SQL SERVER database management system,this paper analyses the influencing factors of urban rail transit cost,and designs a cost data management system for Hefei urban rail transit project.The system will realize the functions of cost data classification,import,analysis,early warning and management,and provide decision-making basis for the construction of Hefei rail transit project and other cities in Anhui Province.
