摘要
本文对欧阳予倩的戏剧教育理念进行了梳理,认为欧阳予倩的戏剧教育实践经历了"五四"新文化运动前后、抗日战争期间、中华人民共和国成立之后三个主要阶段,并相应探索了新戏剧教育模式、形成了民族化戏剧教育理念、建构了现代戏剧教育体系,在整体上体现出民族性、现代性、实践性的鲜明特点。欧阳予倩的戏剧教育理念在今天依然具有相当的启示,这就是:戏剧与影视学科发展应建构更加开放多元的师资队伍,应进行民族性与开放性兼具的专业设置,应搭建功能更加完整的教育体系。
By combing the theatre education ideas of Ouyang Yuqian, this paper holds that his theatre education practice went through three main stages as in the May 4 th New Culture Movement, during the Anti-Japanese War and after the founding of New China. Besides, he explored the new theatre education mode, formed the nationalized theatre education ideas and constructed the modern theater education systems, which embodied the distinct characteristics of nationality, modernity and practicality in general. Now, his theater education ideas still have considerable enlightenment, which indicate that the discipline development of theatre, film and television studies should build up their faculty with the concept of openness and diversity, establish the programs for different majors with the inclusiveness of national and world characteristics, and build a more complete educational system with multi functions.
