小功率钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效

摘要 目的观察小功率钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年5月江苏昆山市第五人民医院收治52例良性前列腺增生患者,分为两组,每组26例。研究组行小功率钬激光前列腺剜除术、对照组采用经尿道等离子切除术。对比组间的切除标本重量、术中出血量、术后冲洗时间、尿管置留时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率指标。结果研究组的切除标本重量高于对照组,且术中出血量、术后冲洗时间、尿管置留时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小功率钬激光前列腺剜除术能够有效治疗良性前列腺增生患者,可以有效降低患者的并发症发生率、术中出血量,缩短术后冲洗时间、尿管置留时间和术后住院时间。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of low power holmium laser enucleation of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,52 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were divided into two groups(26 cases in each group).Low power holmium laser enucleation of prostate was performed in the study group,and transurethral plasmatectomy was used in the control group.The weight of resected specimens,the amount of bleeding during operation,the time of irrigation,the time of catheterization,the time of hospitalization and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The weight of excised specimens in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the indexes of intraoperative bleeding volume,post-operative irrigation time,indwelling time of urinary catheter,post-operative hospitalization time and incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),with significant difference.Conclusion Low power holmium laser enucleation of the prostate can effectively treat benign prostatic hyperplasia patients,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,intraoperative bleeding,shorten the time of irrigation,indwelling urinary catheter and hospitalization.
