机械通气治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Mechanical Ventilation on Acute Respiratory Failure in Children

目的观察机械通气治疗小儿急性呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2017年9月至2018年11月山东省临邑县人民医院收治的50例急性呼吸衰竭患儿作为主要研究对象,所有纳入患者均采用机械通气治疗,并在此基础上联合中医药进行治疗。对比治疗前后纳入患儿的临床治疗效果,以及动脉血气结果的各项指标变化情况。结果其中4例病情加重改用气管插管机械通气。所有患儿的Lac以及PaCO2指标均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,患儿的PaO2值出现明显的上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用机械通气联合服用中医药能明显改善患儿动脉血气的各项指标,明显提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure in children.Methods A total of 50 cases of children with acute respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the main research objects.All the included patients were treated with mechanical ventilation and combined with traditional Chinese medicine on this basis.The clinical therapeutic effect and the changes of arterial blood gas were compared before and after treatment.Results Mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation was used in 4 cases.Lac and PaCO2 indexes were significantly decreased in all the children,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,PaO2 value of the children was significantly increased,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical ventilation combined with traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the indicators of arterial blood gas in children,and significantly improve the clinical efficacy.
