单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗脊柱骨折的临床疗效对比

Clinical Effect of Simple Internal Fixation and Internal Fixation Combined with Vertebroplasty in Treatment of Spinal Fractures

目的比较分析脊柱骨折患者应用单纯内固定与内固定结合椎体成形术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年7月广东省水电医院有限公司收治的82例脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,依据抽签法均分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组患者予以单纯内固定治疗,观察组患者予以内固定结合椎体成形术治疗,比较分析两组患者临床疗效、临床指标情况。结果观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后伤椎前高压缩比大于对照组患者,椎管侵占率、Cobb角小于对照组患者,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱骨折患者应用内固定结合椎体成形术治疗的临床效果更加显著,并且能够有效改善患者临床各项指标。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of simple internal fixation and internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture.Methods A total of 82 cases of spinal fracture treated in our hospital from October 2016 to July 2018 were divided into control group and observation group,41 cases in each group.The control group were treated with internal fixation alone,and the observation group were treated with internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty.The clinical effect and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The preoperative compression ratio of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the spinal canal invasion rate and Cobb angle were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of spinal fracture is more remarkable,which can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients.
