帕罗西汀联合奥氮平治疗抑郁症并发睡眠障碍的临床疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察在治疗抑郁症并发睡眠障碍患者中应用帕罗西汀与奥氮平联合方案的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月至2018年4月在德州市第二人民医院接受治疗的92例抑郁症患者均并发睡眠障碍作为研究对象。将其按照用药方案不同进行分为两组,各46例。对照组采用帕罗西汀治疗,观察组则在此基础上联合奥氮平治疗。对比两组患者用药后的临床疗效、睡眠质量改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,在睡眠情况改善方面,观察组高于对照组。两组患者结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在并发睡眠障碍的抑郁症患者中应用帕罗西汀与奥氮平联合方案,疗效明显,可显著改善患者睡眠情况,提高其生活质量。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of depression complicated with sleep disorder.Methods From July 2016 to April 2018,92 patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder were selected and divided into two group,46 patients in each group.The control group were treated with paroxetine and the observation group were treated with olanzapine.The clinical effect and sleep quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.In terms of improvement,the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of paroxetine and olanzapine in patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder has obvious curative effect.It can significantly improve the sleep condition and improve the quality of life of the patients.
