支气管哮喘临床治疗分析

Clinical Treatment Analysis of Bronchial Asthma

目的进一步探索支气管哮喘的临床工作模式,研究治疗支气管哮喘的成效和经验。方法选取2016年至2017年在成都第一健康国金门诊部有限公司接受治疗的40例支气管哮喘患者的临床资料,研究分析临床治疗支气管哮喘的方法和规律,从而为临床治疗支气管哮喘提供一定的参考价值。结果本文选取的40例案例资料中未出现相关的并发症及其他严重事故,其中治愈15例、显效11例、有效13例、无效1例。结论多种中西结合的药物治疗方法具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To further explore the clinical work mode of bronchial asthma and study the effect and experience of treating bronchial asthma.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with bronchial asthma who were treated in chengdu first health guojin outpatient department co.,ltd.from 2016 to 2017 were selected to study and analyze the methods and rules of clinical treatment of bronchial asthma,so as to provide certain reference value for clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.Results There were no related complications or other serious accidents in the 40 cases selected in this paper,among which 15 cases were cured,11 cases were obviously effective,13 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with glucocorticoid and bronchodilators combined with Chinese and western therapy has high clinical value.
