阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Aspirin Combined with Simvastatin in Treatment of Cerebral Thrombosis

目的观察阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月皖南医学院第二附属医院神经内科治疗的114例脑血栓患者,随机分为两组,对照组单用阿司匹林治疗,观察组使用阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血脂及颈动脉指标变化、神经缺损评分变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组(78.95%,P<0.05);观察组治疗后甘油三酯(triacyl glycerol,TG)、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、颈动脉内膜-中膜平均厚度(intima-mediathickness,IMT)、横切面最大面积(maximum tangential strain,Smax)均明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合辛伐他汀治疗脑血栓患者的临床疗效显著,能有效改善血脂,抑制颈动脉斑块,促进神经缺损症状的改善。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 114 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in neurology department of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with aspirin alone,the observation group was treated with aspirin combined with simvastatin,and the clinical efficacy,changes in blood lipid and carotid artery indexes,and changes in nerve defect score of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.74%,significantly higher than that in the control group(78.95%,P<0.05).After treatment,TG,TC,LDL-C,IMT and Smax in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while HDL-C was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with simvastatin in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients with significant clinical efficacy can effectively improve blood lipid,inhibit carotid artery plaque,and promote the improvement of nerve defects symptoms.
