孟鲁司特钠配合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

Effect of Montelukast Sodium Combined with Budesonide on Children with Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察孟鲁司特钠配合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月至2017年1月监利县第二人民医院收治的小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者60例,根据入院顺序分为两组,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德+孟鲁司特钠治疗。观察对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠配合布地奈德治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.Methods From February 2016 to January 2017,60 patients with cough variant asthma admitted to our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with budesonide and montelukast sodium.The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide is effective in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma.
