沐舒坦治疗儿科呼吸系统疾病的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Mucosolvan on Pediatric Respiratory Diseases

目的观察沐舒坦治疗对儿科呼吸系统疾病的疗效。方法收集2018年1月至2018年6月来山东省临沂市平邑县人民医院进行儿童呼吸系统疾病治疗的患儿69例,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组、静滴组和雾化组。对照组采用常规治疗方法,静滴组采用静脉滴注沐舒坦,雾化组采用雾化吸入沐舒坦,对比3组患儿咳嗽恢复情况、肺喘息恢复和吸氧时间等情况。结果3组患儿在咳嗽、咳痰、肺喘息恢复情况和吸氧时间等方面差异显著(P<0.05),住院时间及肺部罗音无显著差异。结论沐舒坦药物治疗的疗效要显著优于传统的儿科呼吸系统疾病治疗方法。

Objective Mucosolvan therapy is one of the important treatments for respiratory diseases in children in China.In order to verify the therapeutic effect of mucosolvan on pediatric respiratory diseases,it is judged whether mucosolvan therapy has clinical promotion and use.Methods A total of 69 children with respiratory diseases in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into experimental group,observation group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The experimental group was treated with conventional treatment.One group was treated with intravenous drip mucosolvan.The two groups were treated with nebulized inhaled mucosolvan.The cough recovery,lung wheezing recovery and oxygen inhalation time were compared between the three groups.Results There were significant differences in cough,sputum,recovery of pulmonary asthma and time of oxygen inhalation among the three groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in hospitalization time and lung rales..Conclusion The efficacy of mucosolvan therapy is significantly better than that of traditional pediatric respiratory diseases.
