莫匹罗星联合生长因子治疗感染创面治疗效果探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Mupirocin Combined with Growth Factor on Infected Wounds

目的探讨莫匹罗星联合生长因子治疗感染创面治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月至2018年3月重庆市武隆区人民医院收治的96例伤口感染伤口手术患者,采用随机数表法分为4组,各24例。皮肤治疗中联合应用对皮肤治疗的影响。结果术后换药第4天,莫匹罗星+rb-bFGF组皮片存活率显著优于油纱组、莫匹罗星组、rb-bFGF组(P<0.05);术后换药第8天,莫匹罗星+rbbFGF组伤口愈合率以及平均愈合时间均显著优于油纱组、莫匹罗星组、rb-bFGF组(P<0.05)。结论各自临床药效没有显著降低。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of mupirocin combined with growth factor in the treatment of infectious wounds.Methods The effect of combined application of skin therapy on skin treatment.From March 2014 to March 2018,96 patients with wound infection underwent surgery were selected and randomly divided into four groups,each of 24 cases.Results On the 4th day after dressing change,the skin survival rate of mupirocin+rb-bfgf group was significantly better than that of oilgauze group,mupirocin group and rb-bfgf group(P<0.05).On the 8th day after dressing change,the wound healing rate and average healing time of the mupirocin+rb-bgf group were significantly better than those of the oilyarn group,mupirocin group and rb-bgf group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of each drug has not been significantly reduced.
