社区全科医生对高血压综合干预治疗的效果观察

Effect of Community General Practitioners on Comprehensive Intervention Treatment of Hypertension

目的分析和观察社区全科医生对高血压综合干预治疗的效果。方法选取2017年4月至2018年4月北京燕化医院收治的100例高血压患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规治疗;观察组采取综合干预治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者的血压下降幅度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论北京燕化医院社区全科医生对高血压患者进行综合防治干预治疗能够有效控制患者血压,疗效确切,提高患者生活质量,降低成本,能够有效达到预防及控制高血压的目的,从而降低其并发症的发生,提高患者生存率。

Objective To observe the effect of community general practitioners on the comprehensive intervention of hypertension.Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,100 patients with hypertension in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The observation group was treated with comprehensive intervention.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The decrease of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decrease of blood pressure in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated prevention and treatment of hypertension by community general practitioners can effectively control the patient's blood pressure,have accurate curative effect,improve the patient's quality of life,reduce the cost,and effectively achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling hypertension,so as to reduce the occurrence of its complications and improve the patient's survival rate.
