手术室护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Operation Room Nursing for Laparoscopic Radical Operation of Colorectal Cancer

目的观察对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者实施手术室护理的效果。方法选取90例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者为研究对象。对照组开展常规护理服务,观察组行全面护理服务。比较两组患者对护理的满意度及手术相关指标。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间、恢复肠道功能时间、术后持续疼痛的时间、发热时间短于对照组(P<0.05);手术后观察组卡氏评分、生活质量评分、疼痛程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组大出血等并发症率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者实施手术室护理,可有效提高患者对护理的满意度及手术相关指标。

Objective To observe the effect of operating room nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods Ninety patients with colorectal cancer undergoing laparoscopic radical resection were divided into operative groups.The control group was given routine nursing service,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing service.The satisfaction degree of nursing and operation related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean time of hospitalization,the time of recovery of intestinal function,the time of postoperative pain and the time of fever in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)in terms of Kappa score,quality of life and degree of pain after operation.The rate of complications such as massive hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operative room nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer can effectively improve the patients'satisfaction with the nursing care and the operation related indexes.
