个体化营养护理对老年腰椎管狭窄症患者术后切口愈合的影响

Effect of Individualized Nutritional Nursing on Postoperative Wound Healing in Elderly Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

目的观察个性化营养护理在老年腰椎管狭窄术后切口愈合中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月山东大学齐鲁医院治疗的老年腰椎管狭窄症患者94例,依照患者营养护理方式分成对照组和观察组,每组47例。对比两组患者营养指标改善效果及切口愈合效果、下地活动时间。结果观察组老年腰椎管狭窄症患者的前白蛋白(259.01±58.12)g/L、白蛋白(38.12±5.01)g/L、血清总蛋白指标(68.25±6.11)g/L,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的下地活动时间、切口愈合时间与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养支持在老年腰椎管狭窄术患者中具有良好的应用效果,能改善患者营养指标,缩短患者切口愈合时间,促进患者老年康复。

Objective To analyze the application value of individualized nutrition nursing in the wound healing of elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after operation.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,94 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to their nutritional nursing methods.The improvement effect of nutritional index,the effect of incision healing and the time of ground movement were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,prealbumin(259.01±58.12)g/L,albumin(38.12±5.01)/L and total serum protein index(68.25±6.11)g/L in the elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were observed.There was significant difference between control group and control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the time of ground movement and wound healing between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individual nutritional support has a good effect in elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis,can improve the nutritional indicators of patients,shorten the healing time of patients with incision,and promote the rehabilitation of elderly patients.
