PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中应用研究

Application of PDCA Cycle in Nursing Management of Disinfection Supply Room

目的探讨PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取济宁市兖州区人民医院消毒供应室2017年10月至2018年10月护理管理中应用PDCA循环模式,并以2016年9月至2017年9月(实施PDCA循环模式管理前)作为对比,就两个时间段内消毒供应室内器具清洗合格率、日处理量以及其他科室医护人员的满意度进行统计学分析。结果PDCA循环管理后的消毒合格率98.40%高于PDCA循环管理前的95.20%(P<0.05);PDCA循环管理前的日处理量平均值是(1567±215)件,少于PDCA循环管理后的(2517±197)件(P<0.05);护理人员对于PDCA循环管理后的工作满意度100.00%高于管理前的86.21%(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果确切,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in nursing management of disinfection supply room.Methods The PDCA circulation mode was applied in the nursing management during the disinfection supply room of the hospital,and compared with the implementation of the PDCA circulation mode management,the cleaning rate of the indoor appliance cleaning,the daily processing volume and the satisfaction of other medical staff in the two time periods were compared.Results The qualified rate of disinfection after PDCA cycle management was 98.40% higher than that before PDCA cycle management(95.20%,P<0.05);The average daily throughput before PDCA cycle management was(1567±215)pieces,less than(2517±197)pieces after PDCA cycle management(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction after PDCA cycle management was 100%,higher than 86.21% before PDCA cycle management(P<0.05)before management.Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in the nursing management of disinfection and supply room is effective.
