腰间盘突出的个性化护理效果

Effect of Personalized Nursing in Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的对腰间盘突出患者的个性化护理效果进行研究。方法选取2017年1月至12月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的200例腰间盘突出患者进行分析,按照入院时间将全部患者分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个体针对性护理。对比两组护理效果。结果个体针对性护理的观察组患者治疗效果显著好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后的各项指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治腰间盘突出中个体针对性护理能改善临床效果,减少住院时间以及并发症发生情况。

Objective To study the effect of personalized nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected for analysis,and all patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the admission time,100 cases each.The control group used conventional nursing,observation group used individual targeted nursing.The nursing results were compared between groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).and the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,individual targeted nursing can improve the clinical effect,reduce hospitalization time and complications.
