老年血液透析患者肾性骨病行血液透析联合血液灌流的疗效

Effect of Hemodialysis Combined with Hemoperfusion on Renal Bone Disease in Elderly Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨老年血液透析患者肾性骨病行血液透析联合血液灌流治疗的效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年10月兴化市戴南人民医院肾内科老年血液透析肾性骨病患者48例,按随机数字表法分观察组和对照组,各24例。对照组采取常规透析干预,观察组实施血液透析联合血液灌流干预。比较两组临床疗效;皮肤瘙痒症状改善时间、关节痛消失时间、骨痛消失时间;治疗前后患者血磷、血钙水平、甲状旁腺素及并发症。结果治疗后观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(100.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组皮肤瘙痒症状改善时间、关节痛及骨痛消失时间明显缩短,血磷、血钙水平、甲状旁腺素变化幅度更大,并发症发生率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗老年血液透析患者肾性骨病效果确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion on renal osteopathy in elderly patients with hemodialysis.Methods Forty-eight elderly patients with hemodialysis renal osteopathy were selected from the Department of nephrology,Dainan Shimin Hospital,Xinghua City,and randomly divided into 2 groups,24 cases per group.The control group was treated with routine hemodialysis,while the observation group was treated with hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion.The therapeutic effects,improvement time of skin pruritus,disappearance time of joint pain and bone pain,levels of blood phosphorus and calcium,and parathyroid hormone as well as complication rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(100.00%vs.75.00%,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement time of skin pruritus and disappearance time of joint pain and bone pain were shortened,the changes of blood phosphorus,calcium,and parathyroid hormone levels were great,the complication rate was reduced in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion intervention in the treatment of renal osteopathy in elderly patients with hemodialysis is exact and ideal.
