美容整形手术治疗老年性下睑松弛的临床价值

Clinical Value of Cosmetic Plastic Surgery in the Treatment of Senile Lower Eyelid Laxity

目的分析美容整形手术治疗老年性下睑松弛的临床价值。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月北京市密云区医院收治的50例老年性下睑松弛患者,所有患者均采取美容整形手术治疗,将患者对手术满意度、术后并发症发生率及手术前后生活质量进行观察记录。结果50例患者术后对整形满意度平均评分结果为98.0%,术后并发症发生率为4.0%;同时术后患者生活质量评分与术前相比明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年性下睑松弛患者采取美容整形手术的临床应用效果较好,且安全性较高,可有效改善患者下睑松弛现象,帮助患者提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of cosmetic surgery in the treatment of senile lower eyelid laxity.Methods Fifty patients with senile lower eyelid laxity who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected.All patients underwent cosmetic plastic surgery,and the patient's satisfaction with surgery and postoperative complications as well as the quality of life before and after surgery was observed and recorded.Results The average satisfaction score of 50 patients with postoperative plastic surgery reached 98.0%,and the postoperative complication rate was only 4.0%.At the same time,the postoperative quality of life score was significantly higher than that before surgery.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of cosmetic plastic surgery in patients with senile lower eyelid laxity is better and safer.It can effectively improve the squat relaxation and help patients improve their quality of life.
