高龄妊娠孕妇妊娠期合并症与并发症对妊娠结局的影响

Influence of Complications on Pregnancy Outcome in Elderly Pregnant Women

目的探究高龄妊娠孕妇妊娠期合并症与并发症对妊娠结局的影响。方法对2014年1月1日至2018年12月31日溧阳市中医医院产科接诊的孕妇160例进行回顾分析。根据孕妇的年龄进行分组,将年龄≥35岁的孕妇作为高龄组(n=80),<35岁的孕妇作为低龄组(n=80),对比两组孕妇的妊娠期合并症、并发症发生率、孕妇以及围产儿结局。结果高龄组孕妇剖宫产率、娠期糖尿病、胎膜早破、前置胎盘、胎盘植入异常、妊娠期高血压、子痫前期、妊娠合并肝功能损害发生率均显著高于低龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高龄组产后大出血、新生儿窒息、巨大儿发生率显著高于低龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄孕妇不良妊娠结局、妊娠期合并症、并发症发生率显著较高,应通过加强产前干预,降低高龄孕妇的分娩风险。

Objective To explore the influence of complications on pregnancy outcome in elderly pregnant women.Methods From January 1,2014 to December 31,2018,160 cases of pregnant women admitted to the Obstetrics Departments of our hospital were selected and retrospectively analyzed.Pregnant women≥35 years old were assigned to the older group(n=80),age<35 years as the younger group(n=80).The pregnancy complications,pregnant women and perinatal outcomes of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of cesarean section,gestational diabetes,premature rupture of membranes,placenta previa,abnormal placenta implantation,gestational hypertension,preeclampsia,and liver function damage during pregnancy were significantly higher in the older group than those in the younger group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidences of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia and macrosomia in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the younger group(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidences of adverse pregnancy outcomes,pregnancy complications and complications are significantly higher in elderly pregnant women.Prenatal interventions should be strengthened to reduce the risk of delivery in elderly pregnant women.
