椎管内麻醉对无痛分娩结局的影响

Effect of Intravertebral Anesthesia on Childbirth Outcomes in Painless Delivery

目的探究椎管内麻醉无痛分娩对分娩结局的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月南京市浦口区中心医院收治的64例产妇作为观察对象,用抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组采取硬膜外麻醉,观察组采取椎管内麻醉无痛分娩。比较两组产妇的分娩情况、术中生命体征、生活质量。结果观察组的手术时间和住院时间更短、术中出血量更少,整体麻醉情况更优,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎管内麻醉无痛分娩应用于产妇分娩中具有较好的效果,帮助产妇分娩更加顺利。

Objective To investigate the effect of intravertebral anaesthesia on childbirth outcome in painless delivery.Methods Sixty-four cases of puerperas in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as observation objects and divided into observation group and control group using a lottery method,32 cases in each group.Epidural anesthesia was used in the control group,and intravertebral anesthesia was used in the observation group.The delivery,intraoperative vital signs and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the operation time and hospital stay were significantly shorten,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly reduced in the observation group(P<0.05).The overall anesthesia condition in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intravertebral anesthesia in painless labor has a good effect in parturition and helps parturition more smoothly.
