腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的效果及对CRP、IL-8水平的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on Acute Cholecystitis and Its Influence on CRP and IL-8 Levels

目的探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)治疗急性胆囊炎效果及对CRP、IL-8水平影响。方法选取重庆市垫江县人民医院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的60例急性胆囊炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组采用开腹手术进行治疗,试验组采用LC进行治疗。观察两组手术及并发症发生情况;比较两组IL-8、CPR水平变化。结果试验组手术时间、住院时间均比对照组短(P<0.05),术中出血量比对照组少(P<0.05);IL-8、CPR水平及并发症发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用LC可降低急性胆囊炎患者的炎症因子水平,且安全性更高。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)on acute cholecystitis and its influence on CRP and IL-8 levels.Methods Sixty patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases per group.The control group and experimental group was treated with laparotomy and LC,respectively.The operation conditions and complications of the two groups were observed,and the levels of IL-8 and CPR were compared.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05),the levels of IL-8,CPR and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LC can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with acute cholecystitis,and has a high safety.
