戈舍瑞林对卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后复发及妊娠成功率的影响

Effect of Goserelin on Postoperative Recurrence and Pregnancy Success Rate of Ovarian Endometriosis

目的探索戈舍瑞林对卵巢子宫内膜异位症术后复发及妊娠成功率的影响。方法选取2016年2月22日至2018年2月22日常州市妇幼保健院收治的50例卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者,按数据库随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,分别进行戈舍瑞林治疗、亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组睾酮(T)、黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、总有效率以及12个月后复发率、妊娠成功率。结果观察组T、LH、FSH、E2水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率高于对照组(96.00%vs.68.00%,P<0.05),随访后12个月复发率低于对照组,妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者实施戈舍瑞林治疗效果显著,可提高妊娠成功率,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the effect of goserelin on postoperative recurrence and pregnancy success rate of ovarian endometriosis.Methods Fifty patients with ovarian endometriosis admitted to our hospital from February 22,2016 to February 22,2018 were included in the study.They were randomized into 2 groups,25 patients per group.The observation group and the control group were treated with goserelin and leuprolide,reapectively.The levels of T,LH,FSH,E2,total effective rate,as well as recurrence rate and pregnancy success rate after 12 months were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of T,LH,FSH and E2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(96.00%vs.68.00%,P<0.05).The recurrence rate after 12 months was lower and pregnancy success rate after 12 months was higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of goserelin in patients with ovarian endometriosis is effective,which can improve the success rate of pregnancy and reduce the recurrence rate.
