麝香保心丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗急性心肌梗死的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill Combined with Irbesartan on Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月到2019年4月苏州工业园区星海医院收治的58例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组29例。对照组应用常规西药实施治疗,研究组应用麝香保心丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗,两组均持续治疗1个月为1个疗程。应用本院自制调查表评估并比较两组患者的治疗效果,检测并比较两组患者心功能指标水平,包括:左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)以及左室射血分数(LVEF)。结果研究组总有效率为97.6%,高于对照组的72.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后LVEF水平高于对照组,LVEDV及LVESV水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合厄贝沙坦治疗急性心肌梗死患者疗效显著,可以改善患者的心功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with irbesartan in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 58 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Xinghai Hospital of Suzhou Industrial Park from January 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The research group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill and irbesartan.The two groups were treated for 1 month for 1 course.The hospital's self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate and compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.The levels of cardiac function were compared and compared between the two groups,including:left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),and left ventricular effusion.Blood score(LVEF).Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.6%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.4%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The LVEF level of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment.The LVEDV and LVESV levels were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with irbesartan is effective in the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and can improve the heart function of patients.
