Comprehensive Prevention Strategies and Measures for Birth Defects

目的分析出生缺陷事件的发生类型与数量分布结构,并提出相关的防治策略与措施。方法调查分析滨海县2017年1月至2018年12月的出生缺陷事件发生情况,总结出生缺陷事件的表现类型和数量分布结构,归纳新生儿出生缺陷事件的预防干预对策。结果2017年1月至2018年12月滨海县各医院共有围产儿17920例,其中出生缺陷事件的总发生数为87例。结论新生儿出生缺陷事件的表现类型具备多样性,切实制定和运用适当策略开展预防干预工作,对于支持和保障新生儿出生缺陷事件的发生数量逐渐减少具备重要意义。

Objective To analyze the occurrence type and quantity distribution structure of birth defects and propose related prevention strategies and measures.Methods The occurrence of birth defects during the period from January 2017 to December 1818 in Binhai County was investigated,the performance types and quantitative distribution structure of birth defects was summarized,and the preventive intervention measures for the birth defects of newborns were analyzed.Results From January 2017 to December 2018,there were a total of 17,920 perinatal children in the hospitals in Binhai County,the total number of birth defect events was 87.Conclusion The types of neonatal birth defects are diverse,and the effective development and application of appropriate strategies for prevention interventions is of great significance in supporting and ensuring the number of birth defects in newborns is gradually reduced.
