两种机用镍钛锉根管治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效分析

摘要 目的比较应用M3-Pro和ProTaper两种机用镍钛锉进行牙体牙髓病根管治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月至2019年4月在南通市口腔医院进行根管治疗的牙体牙髓病患者162例,按照随机数字分组法分成M3-Pro组(n=81)和ProTaper组(n=81),M3-Pro组应用M3-Pro进行根管预备,ProTaper组用ProTaper镍钛旋转器械进行根管预备。比较两组患者根管预备时间、预备效果、填充效果和术后疼痛情况。结果M3-Pro组根管预备成功率和充填成功率高于ProTaper组;术后疼痛发生率低于ProTaper组;根管预备时间明显少于ProTaper组(P<0.05)。结论在牙体牙髓病患者根管治疗过程中应用M3-Pro进行根管预备,可以有效缩短预备时间,降低术后疼痛发生率。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of mechanical nickel-titanium files(m3-pro and ProTaper)on the root canal treatment of dental pulp diseases.Methods Totally 162 patients with tooth pulp diseases who underwent root canal treatment in our hospital from June 2016 to April 2019 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the random number,81 cases per group.The M3-Pro group underwent root canal preparation with M3–Pro,while ProTaper group with ProTaper nickel-titanium rotary instruments in root canal preparation.The root canal preparation time,preparation effect,filling effect and postoperative pain between the two groups were compared.Results The success rates of root canal preparation and filling in M3-Pro group were higher than those in ProTaper group;the incidence of postoperative pain was lower than that of ProTaper group;Root canal preparation time was significantly less than that of the ProTaper group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of M3-Pro in root canal preparation during the root canal treatment of patients with dental pulp disease can effectively shorten the preparation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative pain.
