血清孕酮和HCG联合检测对先兆流产的参考价值

Reference Value of Combined Detection of Serum Progesterone and HCG in Threatened Abortion

目的探讨血清孕酮和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)联合检测对先兆流产的参考价值。方法选取2017年10月至2018年8月吴江区中医医院收治的45例先兆流产患者(设为观察组)和45名孕检健康者(设为对照组)进行调查,测定、对比各组血清孕酮和β-HCG值,并依据检测结果对先兆流产患者实施对应治疗,分析妊娠结局。结果观察组血清孕酮和β-HCG值较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。孕酮>22.0 ng/mL、β-HCG>225 IU/mL者12例(均分娩正常新生儿),孕酮为12.2~22.0 ng/mL、β-HCG为100~225 IU/mL者22例(均分娩正常新生儿),孕酮<12.2 ng/mL、β-HCG<100 IU/mL者11例(均终止妊娠或妊娠终止)。结论联合检测血清孕酮和β-HCG值可为先兆流产的诊治提供临床参考。

Objective To explore the reference value of combined detection of serum progesterone and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)in threatened abortion.Methods From October 2017 to August 2018,45 patients with threatened abortion(set as observation group)and 45 healthy pregnant women(set as control group)in our hospital were selected for investigation.Serum progesterone and beta-HCG values of each group were measured and compared,and corresponding treatment was carried out for patients with threatened abortion according to the test results,and pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Results The serum progesterone and beta-HCG values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were 12 cases with progesterone>22.0 ng/mL,beta-HCG>225 IU/mL(normal delivery),22 cases with progesterone 12.2~22.0 ng/mL and beta-HCG 100~225 IU/mL(normal delivery),11 cases with progesterone<12.2 ng/mL and beta-HCG<100 IU/mL(termination of pregnancy or termination of pregnancy).Conclusion The combined detection of serum progesterone and beta-HCG can provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion.
