早期康复治疗对脑中风后遗症偏瘫患者ADL评分的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation on ADL Score of Stroke Patients with Sequelae Hemiplegia

目的评价脑中风患者后遗症偏瘫的早期康复治疗对患者日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分的影响。方法选取2018年8月30日至2019年4月30日收治的脑中风后遗症偏瘫(ADL在0~85分)患者一共30例为研究对象,分为两组,每组15例,观察组进行早期康复治疗、对照组采取常规治疗,将两组患者效果进行对比。结果观察组患者平均住院时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05),ADL提高分数高于与对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对脑中风后遗症偏瘫患者实施早期康复治疗后,ADL取得显著提高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation on ADL scores of stroke patients with sequelae of hemiplegia.Methods A total of 30 patients with cerebral apoplexy sequelae hemiplegia(ADL score 0~85)admitted from August 30,2018 to April 30,2019 were divided into two groups,with 15 cases in each group.The observation group received early rehabilitation treatment and the control group received routine treatment.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The average hospitalization time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);the ADL scores were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After early rehabilitation treatment for hemiplegic patients with cerebral apoplexy sequelae,ADL has achieved remarkable improvements.
