摘要
基于技术的教学及知识服务拓宽了教育延展的可能性,信息技术被纳入教育生态系统当中。该文以一个国际学术专题为切入点,通过系统性地综述该专题的主题文章,在此基础上还原和解析了教育信息化生态系统中的关键角色及其作用,即政策、学术研究、相关产业、数字化领导、教师专业发展、教育实践等。随后从教育生态视角的宏观政策驱动、微观学校实践驱动两个层面重新审思了技术使能下的教育创新模式,自上而下应该强化政策对教育信息化生态的引导和监管、以系统的方法整体规划教育信息化生态、以科学研究的成果把握教育信息化生态的规律;自下而上则应加大创新吸纳、鼓励跨学科合作与交流、强化师资队伍水平,上下结合共同推进教育信息化生态系统的可持续发展。
Technology-based teaching and knowledge services have broadened the possibilities of educational innovation, and information technology has integrated into the education ecosystem. This paper takes a special issue in an international journal as an entry point and systematically reviews the research reported in this special issue. Based on this systematic review, this paper disassembled and reassembled the key roles and functions of the educational information ecosystem, namely, policy, academic research, industries and services, digital leadership, teachers’ professional development, and educational practice. From the perspective of educational ecosystem, this paper re-examines the technology-based educational innovation model from both the macro-policy-driven level and micro-school practice-driven level, and discuss the strategies on both level.Top down, we should strengthen the guidance and supervision of the policy on the educational informatization ecosystem, make systematical plan for the ecosystem, and improve the theoretical and practical knowledge of educational informatization ecosystem with evidence of scientific research. Bottom up, we should promote the innovation adoption, encourage interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange, improve the teachers competence levels, and systematically promote the sustainable development of the educational informatization ecosystem.
