近日,中国曲协在充分调研、全面了解曲艺发展现状后,陆续推出了一系列旨在推动基层曲艺工作不断向前的指导性意见,《中国曲艺家协会加强和改进新时代基层曲协工作指导方案》(以下简称《方案》)就是一项阶段性成果。曲协工作发展和曲艺事业繁荣最坚实最可靠的力量支撑和力量源泉来自基层,就基层组织建设情况,结合该《方案》,中国曲协有关负责人接受了《曲艺》杂志记者的专访。
