历史与社会视域下朝鲜拥核动机再探析

Further Analysis of DPRK’s Motivation of Nuclear Weapon Pursuit from the Historical and Social Perspective

朝鲜拥核的动机一直是学界关注的焦点。由于诸多原因,朝核问题各利益相关国对朝鲜拥核动机的认知差异较大,且各相关国家的具体政策变化频繁,这对朝核问题的有效解决起到了阻碍作用。从历史与社会视域探索朝鲜发展核武器的动机根源,对在漫长历史中形成的朝鲜国家角色观念进行剖析,能够使外界更全面地认识朝鲜所具有的不屈独立捍卫者、文化的先进继承者、统一的合法执行者这三大国家角色观念,统一认识,构建对朝立场。从历史与社会维度审视朝鲜行为可以发现,朝鲜发展核武器的根本动因在于弥补自身国家角色观念与国际社会认知之间的裂痕,以奠定重新融入国际社会的基础。因此,尊重与接纳朝鲜是和平解决朝核问题的可行选择。

The motives of DPRK’s pursuing of nuclear weapon have always been the focus of academic circles.As the countries who are stakeholders of Korean Peninsula judge the motives differently and specific policies of the relevant countries change frequently,it is difficult to solve the nuclear issue effectively.To explore the origin of the pursuit and analyze the ideological development of its national role from the historical and social perspective will make it easier to comprehensively understand DPRK’s national role as a unity of unyielding independent defenders,inheritors of advanced culture and unified legal actor.Moreover,the fundamental motivation of the pursuit lies in bridging the gap between its own national role and the international social cognition so as to lay the foundation for the reintegration into the international community.Therefore,respecting and accepting DPRK is one of the viable options of the peaceful resolution of the North Korea’s nuclear issue.
