摘要 为了满足氢氧火箭发动机对高性能液氢泵的需求,完成了一台多级液氢泵的设计和建模,利用CFD技术进行流场仿真计算,获得了泵内关键部件的压力分布和速度分布,并对其内部流动状态进行了分析;在此基础上,对样机开展了额定工况下的水试试验。结果表明:试验结果与设计值接近,表明多级液氢泵能够满足设计要求。 In order to meet the demand of high-performance liquid hydrogen pump for hydrogen-oxygen rocket engine, a multistage liquid hydrogen pump is designed and modeled in this paper. Through the flow field simulation by using program CFD, the pressure and velocity distribution in the critical components are obtained and analyzed. On this basis, a prototype is made and tested with water under the rated condition. The test results are close to the design values, which shows that the design of multistage liquid hydrogen pump can meet the requirement.
