基于相变与真实气体模型的环形蒸汽引射器数值模拟研究

摘要 为对某型上面级发动机环形蒸汽引射器零二次流流场进行研究,采用数值模拟方法,分析数值模拟模型对计算结果的影响,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:理论计算值与试验结果相差较大,数值模拟计算精度较高,引入的模型越接近真实情况,计算结果精度越高。其中,相变模型的影响大于真实气体模型,组分输运模型和冻结流模型的影响差别很小。 In order to study the supersonic annular ejector in zero-secondary flow, numerical simulation is applied to analyze the influences of numerical simulation models on calculation accuracy. The results of numerical simulation are compared with the experimental results. The conclusions show that the theoretical calculation results are quite different from the experimental results, and the accuracy of numerical simulation calculation is higher than theoretical calculation. The more the models are closed to the real situation, the higher the accuracy of the numerical simulation calculation results is. Among them, the influence of phase change model is greater than that of real gas model, and the difference between component transport model and frozen flow model is small.
