摘要
基于挤压式加注和称重计量的火箭姿控推进剂加注量取值存在一定的方法误差。根据姿控加注原理,推出两种加注量取值方式中所取加注量的重量组成,并基于贮罐中气液等体积替换假设,推出实际加注量和目标加注量的关系式,并以之作为加注量控制的依据。最后用历史数据验证了该方法的正确性,为姿控推进剂实现精确加注提供了理论依据与数据支撑。
There is a certain error of method in the calculation of propellant filling amount for rocket attitude control thruster based on extrusion and weighing. According to the principle of propellant filling for rocket attitude control thruster, the weight composition of the amount of filling added in the current two ways of filling quantity is introduced. Based on the assumption of equivalent volume of gas and liquid in propellant storage tank, the relationship between actual filling amount and target filling amount is deduced and used as the basis for the control of the injection amount. Finally, the correctness of the method is verified by historical data, which provides a theoretical basis and data support for precise filling of attitude control thruster propellant.
