摘要 简述航天推进剂加注系统的加注方式,对泵式加注方式以及泵气蚀问题的产生和危害进行了着重阐述。为解决推进剂加注过程中离心泵的气蚀问题,从理论角度对泵气蚀问题进行了计算分析,梳理了主要影响因素,并结合航天推进剂加注系统的特点,形成了改进措施。针对某次试验过程中遇到的气蚀问题,结合上述分析进行了改进,改进后的试验结果与理论计算结果基本吻合,验证了计算分析及改进措施的合理性。 The way of propellant fueling used in the space propellant fueling system is described. The generation and harm of centrifugal pump cavitation is highlighted. To solve the cavitation problem of the centrifugal pump in the process of propellant fueling,the main influencing factors of pump cavitation is analyzed theoretically, and improvement measures are formed and combined with the characteristics of the space propellant. In view of the problems in the process of an experiment, measures are taken in combination with the above analysis, and the results of the improved experiment are basically consistent with the theoretical results. The text results verify the rationality of the calculation analysis and improvement measures.
