摘要
目的 该次研究主要观察膝关节半月板损伤的临床表现,以及有效分析分别使用两种关节镜下手术方式治疗膝关节半月板损伤的具体效果。方法 该次研究的开展时间处于2016年1月-2018年12月区间内,研究样本为方便选取该院诊治的膝关节半月板损伤患者,样本数量为68例,在随机平均的原则基础上将患者分为两组。纳入试验组的患者均采取关节镜下半月板成形术治疗,纳入对比组的患者均采取关节镜下半月板切除术治疗。结果 试验组与对比组患者术后1年的膝关节功能评分分别为(91.09±3.98)分、(78.24±5.34)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.962,P=0.012);试验组与对比组患者的临床效果总有效率分别为94.12%、73.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.634,P=0.001);试验组与对比组患者的并发症发生率分别为5.88%、23.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.419,P=0.000)。结论 在膝关节半月板损伤患者的临床治疗中科学运用关节镜下半月板成形术,可达到最佳治疗效果,并促进患者膝关节功能的恢复。
Objectives The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical manifestations of knee joint meniscus injury and to effectively analyze the specific effects of two arthroscopic surgical methods for knee joint meniscus injury.Methods The development time of this study was in the interval from January 2016 to December 2018.Convenient select the sample of patients with knee meniscus injury diagnosed in our hospital during this time interval was 68 patients,based on the principle of random average.The patients were divided into two groups.All patients included in the experimental group were treated with arthroscopic meniscus,and patients in the comparison group were treated with arthroscopic meniscectomy.Results The knee function scores of the experimental group and the control group were(91.09±3.98)points,(78.24±5.34)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.962,P=0.012),respectively.The clinical effect of the test group and the control group was the total.The effective rates were 94.12%,73.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=15.634,P=0.001).The complication rates of the test group and the control group were 5.88%,23.53%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=12.419,P=0.000).Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscus can be used in the clinical treatment of patients with knee meniscus injury,which can achieve the best therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of knee joint function.
