加速康复外科理念在骨科患者围手术期护理的效果分析

Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery on Perioperative Nursing in Orthopedic Patients

目的 探究加速康复外科理念在骨科患者围手术期护理的应用效果。方法 方便选取从2017年1月-2018年1月在该院就诊的118例患者,按照数字随机表法随机的分为对照组和实验组,每组59例患者;对照组实施常规护理,实验组实施加速康复外科理念,对比分析两组患者临床效果。结果 ①实验组住院时间(10.3±3.1)d、床上活动为(6.6±2.8)h、床下活动为(4.1±1.8)h,均显著优于对照组(t=5.238、6.652、3.121,P<0.05)。②实验组并发症发生率为10.17%,显著低于对照组(28.81%)(χ^2=3.658,P<0.05)。③实验组患者术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月术后关节功能恢复状况评分别为(47.1±5.8)分、(56.1±7.1)分和(73.8±7.7)分,均显著优于对照组(t=6.982、4.172、7.071,P<0.05)。结论 对骨科患者围手术期实施加速康复外科理念能够有效的缓解临床症状,降低并发症发生风险,促进术后关节功能恢复,在临床中具有推广和应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of accelerating the concept of rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of orthopedic patients.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,118 patients in the hospital were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the numerical random table method.Each group had 59 patients.The control group received routine nursing and experiment group implemented the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery and compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results 1.The hospitalization time(10.3±3.1)d,bed activity(6.6±2.8)h,and bed activity(4.1±1.8)h were significantly better than the control group(t=5.238,6.652,3.121,P<0.05).2.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 10.17%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.81%)(χ^2=3.658,P<0.05).3.In the experimental group,the functional recovery of postoperative joint function was(47.1±5.8)points,(56.1±7.1)points and(73.8±7.7)points respectively after 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation.Both were significantly better than the control group(t=6.982,4.172,7.071,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in orthopedic patients can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the risk of complications,and promote postoperative joint function recovery.It has promotion and application value in clinical practice.
