隔姜温针灸治疗60例腰痛患者疗效探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Ginger Acupuncture and Moxibustion on 60 Patients with Low Back Pain

目的 探讨隔姜温针灸治疗腰痛患者的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院2018年1-12月腰痛患者60例,依照治疗方案不同分组,各30例。参照组以传统针刺治疗,试验组予以隔姜温针灸治疗。观察对比两组临床治疗效果、治疗前及治疗7 d后疼痛状况、中医证候积分情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于参照组73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.320,P=0.038);治疗7 d后试验组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(2.59±0.62)分小于参照组(4.46±1.19)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.633,P=0.000);治疗7 d后试验组中医证候积分(0.57±0.36)分、(0.61±0.51)分、(0.49±0.65)分、(0.54±0.57)分低于参照组(1.42±1.01)分、(1.63±0.98)分、(1.36±0.81)分、(1.43±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.342、5.057、4.588、4.172,P=0.000)。结论 隔姜温针灸治疗腰痛患者,可缓解患者腰痛,改善患者临床症状,且疗效显著,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating low back pain.Methods Sixty patients with low back pain from January to December 2018 were convenient enrolled in the hospital.According to the treatment plan,30 patients were included.The reference group was treated with traditional acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups,the pain status before treatment and the treatment after 7 d,and the scores of TCM syndromes were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%(28/30)higher than that of the reference group 73.33%(22/30),the differents was statistically significant(χ^2=4.320,P=0.038).After the treatment for 7 d,the visual analog scale(VAS)score of the test group(2.59±0.62)points was less than the reference group(4.46±1.19)points,the differents was statistically significan(t=7.633,P=0.000);after 7 d of treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the test group(0.57±0.36)points,(0.61±0.51)points,(0.49±0.65)points,(0.54±0.57)points lower than the reference group(1.42±1.01)points,(1.63±0.98)points,(1.36±0.81)points,(1.43±1.02)points.The difference was statistically significant(t=4.342,5.057,4.588,4.172,P=0.000).Conclusion The treatment of low back pain by warming acupuncture and moxibustion can relieve the patient's low back pain and improve the clinical symptoms of the patient,and the curative effect is significant.It is worthy of clinical application.
