长期住院的“流浪”精神病患者餐后脂质浓度和日间脂质生物学变异

Postprandial Lipid Concentration and Daytime Lipid Biological Variation in "Wandering" Psychiatric Patients with Long-term Hospitalization

目的探讨长期住院的"流浪"精神病患者餐后和日间脂质生物学变异。方法方便选取2018年6-7月在该院长期住院的精神分裂症患者41例,全天设置了5个血液采样时间点,比较观察精神病患者各时点脂浓度变化与脂质生物学变异。结果空腹TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A1和Apo-B浓度分别为(4.18±0.73)mmol/L、(1.19±0.28)mmol/L、(2.35±0.62)mmol/L、(1.62±0.22)mmol/L、(0.68±0.14)mmol/L高于餐后浓度的TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-A1和Apo-B(t=4.27、4.69、3.97、4.01、4.87,P<0.05);41例患者中,2例异常值(1例TG和1例TC重复样本检测结果 ),9例个体差异异常值(2例LDL-C,3例HDL-C,2例Apo-A1)。结论该研究中鉴定的空腹脂质和餐后脂质浓度的最大平均变化与先前研究中报道的那些之间的比较,受试者的餐后脂质浓度变化相对小于先前研究报告的变化。

Objective To investigate the post-prandial and inter-day lipid biological variation of "wandering" psychiatric patients with long-term hospitalization. Methods A total of 41 patients with schizophrenia who were convenient hospitalized in the hospital from June to July 2018 were enrolled. Five blood sampling time points were set throughout the day to compare the changes in lipid concentration and lipid biological variation at different time points in patients with psychosis. Results The concentrations of fasting TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo-A1 and Apo-B were(4.18±0.73)mmol/L,(1.19±0.28)mmol/L,(2.35±0.62)mmol/L,(1.62±0.22)mmol/L,(0.68±0.14)mmol/L, respectively. TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo-A1 and Apo-B higher than postprandial concentration(t=4.270, 4.690, 3.970, 4.010, 4.870, P<0.05);of 410 patients, 2 cases abnormalities Values(1 cases TG and 1 cases TC repeat sample test results), 9 cases individual differences in abnormal values(2 cases of LDLC, 3 cases of HDL-C, 2 cases of apo-A1). Conclusion The largest mean change in fasting lipid and postprandial lipid concentrations identified in this study compared to those reported in previous studies, the changes in postprandial lipid concentrations in subjects were relatively smaller than those reported in previous studies.
