等渗盐水凝胶联合泡沫敷料治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压力性损伤的疗效观察

Clinical effect of isotonic saline gel combined with foam dressings treating Ⅰ And Ⅱ stage pressure injury

目的探讨等渗盐水凝胶联合泡沫敷料治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压力性损伤的效果。方法选取2015年8月-2016年9月在我科住院的115例(126处)Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压力性损伤患者为对照组,2016年10月-2018年1月在我科住院的115例(120处)Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压力性损伤患者为实验组,对照组创面用泡沫敷料覆盖,实验组创面涂抹等渗盐水凝胶凝胶后用泡沫敷料覆盖。结果实验组Ⅰ期及Ⅱ期压力性损伤治疗效果均优于对照组(Z=-2.241,P=0.025;Z=-3.733,P<0.001),换药次数少于对照组(t=2.815,P=0.006;t=2.623,P=0.010);愈合时间短于对照组(t=3.319,P=0.001;t=3.391,P<0.001)。结论等渗盐水凝胶联合泡沫敷料治疗Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期压力性损伤可以减少创面换药次数,缩短愈合时间,治疗效果满意,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the isotonic saline gel combined with the foam dressings treating Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage pressure injury.Methods Totally 115 patients with Ⅰ and/or Ⅱ stage pressure injury(including 126 injuries)hospitalized between August 2015 and October 2016 were selected into a control group,while 115(including 120 injuries)admitted between October 2016 and January 2018 were chosen into an experimental group.The control group was given foam dressings only,while the experimental group was given isotonic saline gel before applying the foam dressings.The therapeutic effect,frequency of dressing change and healing time were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,while the frequency of dressing change and healing time were lower and shorter than those of the control group.Conclusions The isotonic saline gel combined with the foam dressings treating Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage pressure injury can lower the frequency of dressing change and shorten the healing time,which is worthy of popularizaton in the clinical practice.
