高流量湿化吸氧结合腹式呼吸对妇科单孔腹腔镜手术患者舒适度的影响

Effects of high flow humidification oxygen therapy on the comfort level of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨高流量湿化吸氧结合腹式呼吸对妇科单孔腹腔镜手术患者舒适度的影响。方法选取2017年12月-2018年10月126例妇科单孔腹腔镜手术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各63例。对照组按常规围手术期护理,术后采用经鼻导管中流量吸氧。实验组则采用面罩高流量湿化吸氧。结果实验组患者生理、心理、精神状况评分明显均优于对照组(t=-5.340,P<0.001;t=-5.324,P<0.001;t=-5.884,P<0.001);实验组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组(t=2.443,P=0.016)。结论面罩高流量湿化氧疗结合腹式呼吸可提高妇科单孔腹腔镜手术患者的舒适度,减轻术后疼痛程度。

Objective To explore the effect of high flow humidification oxygen therapy on the comfort level of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Totally 126 patients with gynecological single-port laparoscopic surgery from December 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each of 63 cases.The control group received routine perioperative care and received transnasal oxygen inhalation after operation.High flow humidification oxygen was used in the experimental group on the basis of nursing in the control group.Results The physiological,psychological and mental status of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(t=-5.340,P<0.001;t=-5.324,P<0.001;t=-5.884,P<0.001).The pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(t=2.443,P=0.016).Conclusion High flow humidification oxygen therapy can increase the comfort level of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery,reduce the incidence of pain.
