薄壁钢板组合截面PEC柱-钢梁BRS板部分自复位连接组合框架结构的抗震性能数值模拟

摘要 为系统研究底部2层单跨薄壁钢板组合截面PEC柱-钢梁BRS板部分自复位连接组合框架结构的抗震性能,使用CAD设计制作1榀组合结构框架底部两层子结构1:2缩尺试验试件,针对这榀组合结构框架建立ABAQUS有限元模型进行数值模拟,另外还设置了4种不同的参数模型对比分析(对穿螺栓布置方式、竖向力作用、长圆孔尺寸、柱底连接形式),得出各设计参数对试件滞回性能、自复位连接力学性能、耗能能力和残余侧移等抗震性能的影响规律。研究结果如下:本试验自复位结构通过设置BRS耗能板和预拉杆拥有自复位能力并满足结构遭遇地震时的耗能能力需求和残余侧移限值;采用对穿螺栓单边布置的试件比双边布置的试件,自复位能力较强但耗能能力较弱;施加一定的柱顶轴向力对试件的自复位效果影响不大;适当增加BRS板长圆孔的径向孔长,可以使试件进入承压型受力时间滞后;在达到层间侧移角5.0%时,各有限元参数模型的整体残余侧移角均小于0.016rad,具有良好的抗震性能和自复位功效。 In our work,to systematically investigate the seismic performance of the self-centering joint composite frame structure of the bottom two-story single-span PEC columns fabricated with thin-walled steel plate composite section-steel beams BRS plate,a test specimen of two-layer substructure with 1:2 scale at the bottom of the composite frame was designed by CAD.The ABAQUS finite element model was established for this framework.Four different parameter models,arrangement of the piercing bolts,the vertical force effect,the long round hole size and connection form of the column bottom,were designed.The four models were simulated separately to investigate the influence of each parameter on the seismic performance of the specimen,such as the bearing capacity,connection performance,energy dissipation capacity,deformation mode,joint force transmission mechanism and residual deformation.The research result shows that by setting BRS energy-dissipation plate and pre-tensioning rod,the structure possessed the self-centering ability and satisfied the requirement of energy dissipation when hit by an earthquake.The specimen with the single-sided arrangement of the piercing bolt had higher self-centering ability but lower energy dissipation than the bilaterally arranged specimen.Applying a certain vertical force was found to have little effect on the self-centering function of the specimen.Lengthening the the long bolt hole of the BRS plate can delay the bearing force of the specimen.When the interlayer lateral shift angle reached 5.0%,the overall residual side shift angles of finite element models were less than 0.016 rad,with good seismic performance and self-centering effect.
