中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与急性脑梗死的相关性

Correlation between Ratio of Neutrophil and Lymphocyte and Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的 探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与急性脑梗死发生的相关性。方法 选取京东中美医院2015年6月至2018年7月收治的156例急性脑梗死患者为观察组,再选取同时期126例健康体检者为对照组。记录两组研究对象的中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数及淋巴细胞绝对值,采用Logistic回归法分析NLR与急性脑梗死的相关性。结果 两组NLR值、淋巴细胞绝对值、中性粒细胞计数、白细胞计数、糖尿病史以及高血压病程比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性脑梗死的独立危险因素为NLR(OR=2.976,P <0.05)。结论 NLR与急性脑梗死发生之间存在密切相关性。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes(NLR)and the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 156 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Jingdong Zhongmei Hospital from June 2015 to July 2018 were enrolled in the observation group,and 126 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group.The neutrophil count,white blood cell count,and absolute lymphocyte counts of the two groups were recorded,and the correlation between NLR and acute cerebral infarction was analyzed using Logistic regression method.Results There were significant differences in NLR values,absolute lymphocyte counts,neutrophil counts,white blood cell counts,diabetes history,and duration of hypertension between the two groups(P<0.05).The independent risk factor for acute cerebral infarction was NLR(OR=2.976,P<0.05).Conclusion There was a close correlation between NLR and the occurrence of acute cerebral infarction.
