人体成分监测仪在血液透析患者中的应用效果

Application of Human Body Composition Monitor in Hemodialysis Patients

目的 探讨人体成分监测仪(BCM)在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年12月至2018年12月北京丰台医院收治的40例接受血液透析治疗的尿毒症患者作为研究对象,对其开展人体成分监测。比较监测前后1个月患者干体重、低血压发生率和平均动脉压水平的变化情况。结果 与监测前比较,监测后患者干体重明显升高(61.28±3.58 vs. 58.75±4.20 kg),低血压发生率明显降低(17.50%vs. 42.50%),差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。监测前后平均动脉压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 通过对血液透析患者开展BCM监测,有助于准确调节患者干体重,并降低低血压的发生。

Objective To investigate the application effect of human body composition monitor(BCM)in hemodialysis patients.Methods Forty uremic patients admitted to Beijing Fengtai Hospital for hemodialysis treatment from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected for the study.The BCM of the 40 uremic patients was tested,and the dry body mass,incidence of hypotension and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the patients were compared one month before and after BCM test.Results Compared with those before BCM test,the dry body mass of patients was increased after BCM test(61.28±3.58 vs.58.75±4.20 kg),while the incidence of hypotension was decreased(17.50%vs.42.50%),and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant change in MAP before and after BCM test(P>0.05).Conclusion BCM in hemodialysis patients can help to accurately regulate the patients'dry weight,and reduce the occurrence of hypotension.
