卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用效果

Application Effect of Card Microcolumn Gel Test in Clinical Blood Transfusion Test

目的 探讨卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1至12月天水市中西医结合医院收治的行血液检验的200例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。对照组实施盐水凝集法检测血型抗原,观察组应用卡式微柱凝胶试验法。比较两组正反定型检测符合率与操作医师满意度。结果 观察组正定型及反定型检测符合率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组操作医师满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 卡式微柱凝胶试验在临床输血检验中应用效果理想,可以提高正反定型检测符合率,提高操作医师满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of the card microcolumn gel test in clinical blood transfusion test.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent blood tests from January to February 2018 in Tianshui City Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were enrolled and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The blood group antigen of control group was tested by the saline agglutination method,and the observation group was tested by the card microcolumn gel test.The coincidence rates of positive and negative stereotyping tests and the satisfaction of the operating physician of the two groups were compared.Results The coincidence rates of positive and negative stereotyping tests of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the operating physician in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The card microcolumn gel test has an ideal effect in clinical blood transfusion test,which can improve the coincidence rates of positive and negative stereotypes,and improve the satisfaction of operators.
