生脉饮加减治疗老年气阴两虚型盗汗的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Modified Shengmai Decoction on Treating Night Sweats of Senile Patients with Syndrome of Qi and Yin Deficiencies

目的 探讨生脉饮加减治疗老年气阴两虚型盗汗的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年1月至2019年1月在上海普陀区宜川街道社区卫生服务中心中医科门诊治疗的50例老年气阴两虚型盗汗患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组服用谷维素片和六味地黄丸治疗,观察组采用生脉饮加减治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分变化、盗汗消失时间和治疗时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(96%vs. 72%,P <0.05)。两组患者治疗前盗汗、头晕乏力、手足心热、心烦不舒、食欲不振、面色苍白等中医证候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组上述中医证候积分均明显低于对照组,且盗汗消失时间及治疗时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论 生脉饮加减治疗老年气阴两虚型盗汗的疗效显著,可获得确切的止汗效果,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Shengmai Decoction on treating night sweats of senile patients with syndrome of qi and yin deficiencies.Methods Fifty elderly patients with night sweats and syndrome of qi and yin deficiencies admitted to the Outpatient of Shanghai Putuo District Yichuan Street Community Health Service Center from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oryzanol and Liuwei Dihuang Pill,while the observation group was treated with Modified Shengmai Decoction for 2 consecutive courses of treatment(7 d as a course of treatment).The clinical effects,changes of Chinese medicine(CM)syndrome score,disappear time and treatment time of night sweats,as well as adverse reaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,(96%vs.72%,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in scores of CM syndromes such as night sweats,dizziness and fatigue,hand-foot-heart heat,upset,loss of appetite,pale face,etc.in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of above CM syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time and treatment time of night sweats in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion Modified Shengmai Decoction has significant curative effect in treating night sweats of senile patients with deficiency of qi and yin,which can effectively stop sweating and has a high safety.
