药师干预抗菌药物在药房处方调剂中的作用

Role of Pharmacists in Intervening Antibacterial Prescription in Dispensing of Pharmacy

目的 分析药师干预抗菌药物在药房处方调剂中的作用。方法 选取2017年1月至2017年7月(药师干预前)和2017年8月至2018年2月(药师干预后)各300例抗菌药物处方,药师干预前的抗菌药物处方为对照组,药师干预后的抗菌药物处方为观察组,对比两组处方的抗菌药物使用情况。结果 观察组抗菌药物合理性显著优于对照组;观察组抗菌药物不合理现象显著低于对照组;观察组抗菌药物联用情况显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 在抗菌药物处方中实施药师干预,可提高抗菌药物使用质量,对患者健康安全有较好的保证。

Objective To analyze the role of pharmacists in the intervention of dispensing prescriptions in dispensary.Methods A total of 300 antimicrobial prescriptions were selected from January 2017 to July 2017(before pharmacist intervention)and August 2017 to February 2018(after pharmacist intervention).The antimicrobial prescriptions before pharmacist intervention were used as control group,and the antimicrobial prescriptions after pharmacist intervention were used as observation group.The condition of antibiotic use were compared before and after the intervention of pharmacists.Results The rationality of antibiotics in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group;the irrationality of antibiotics in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the combined use of antibiotics in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist intervention in antibiotic prescription can further improve the quality of antibiotic use and ensure the health and safety of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
